What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted and syncing carries on. Your agents just get a polite "not right now" until you're back.
Where do I subscribe?
In the app. Downloading it and syncing your record are free everywhere in the world; answers are the part you pay Apple for.
Monthly option?
Not yet. £19.99 a year is under £1.70 a month and we'd rather not run two prices while we're this small.
Your first 7 days
Querying is open for your first 7 days. The clock starts the first time an agent asks Pomme a question rather than when you sign up, so none of it runs down before you've connected an agent. Subscribe before it runs out or after.
Changed your mind?
Apple takes the payment, so refunds are Apple's to give. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling is a separate thing and always yours: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
