Pomme — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Pomme app and the syncing/query service it connects to. By using Pomme you agree to them.
The service
Pomme syncs health and activity data from your device to a server so that AI agents you authorise can query it. Syncing is free. The subscription that lets your agents query the record is bought in the app, through the App Store.
Your account & your data
- Your phone is the source of truth for your data; the server holds a synced copy to serve your agents' queries.
- You are responsible for keeping your API token(s) private. Anyone holding a valid token can query the data scoped to it; you can revoke and regenerate tokens.
- Deleting your account removes everything held on the server, immediately. Your device keeps its data, so nothing is lost.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Apple holds it and only you can end it: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Pomme. Cancel it yourself, before or after deleting — otherwise it renews and Apple charges you for an account that no longer exists.
Querying & subscription
Agent access to your data requires an active annual subscription, bought in the app through the App Store. New users get a short full-access window to query before subscribing; once it ends, querying needs an active subscription.
Apple takes the payment, shows the price in your own storefront's currency, and renews the subscription once a year until you cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are Apple's to give, not ours: ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a subscription lapses, syncing carries on; only querying is paused, until the subscription is active again.
Acceptable use
Use Pomme only with data and accounts you are entitled to. Do not attempt to access another user's data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly permits.
Availability & warranties
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available and correct but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pomme is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
