Ask something that has read every night
Pomme hands your sleep record to an AI agent, one night at a time. Every night your phone recorded arrives with time asleep, core, deep, REM, awake and time in bed, next to steps, HRV and the rest — so a question about bedtimes is answered from your own years. It's plumbing, not medical advice.

Point your client at it
Claude Code takes the line below. Every other MCP client takes the same details as a config block.

--header "Authorization: Bearer <your-key>"What does a night look like?
Six numbers: time asleep, core, deep, REM, awake and time in bed, as Apple Health recorded them.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. Pomme reads whatever wrote sleep into Apple Health — a Watch, the iPhone itself, or another app.
Can it tell me why I sleep badly?
It can tell you what your record says. Whatever the model makes of that is worth a pinch of salt and a conversation with your GP.
What does it cost?
Syncing and storage are free. Agent queries are £19.99 a year, bought in the app through the App Store, after a free first week.
