Let Claude read your Apple Health record

Claude can read your Apple Health history once you point it at Pomme. The app syncs ten categories from your iPhone — sleep, steps, HRV, workouts and the rest — and Pomme serves them over MCP. Claude Code connects in one line. Syncing is free; answers are £19.99 a year, bought in the app.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Does this work with Claude Code?

Yes, and it's the one-line case: the command registers the server and carries your key in the header.

Can Claude change my Health app?

No. Apple grants read access only, and all three of Pomme's tools read — query a metric, list what's stored, describe its shape.

What happens when I revoke the key?

Claude stops getting answers on its next question. Your phone keeps syncing, because that runs on a different key.

What does it cost?

Syncing and storage are free. Agent queries are £19.99 a year, bought in the app through the App Store, after a free first week.
